A Stunning Four Headlight 330 GT to Restore

Chassis No. 6007 was completed in June of 1964 in Azzurro (19278 M) paint over Beige Scuro (VM 846) upholstery as a Series One (four headlight), LHD, U.S. version 330 GT 2+2 Coupe with Manual windows, 4-speed with overdrive. With only three owners from new, the 330 made its way to New England via Beverly Hills during the early 1970's, when it was purchased by Mr. T. McNeil, the Ferrari's second owner. Saved records indicate the car was regularly serviced throughout the 1970's by well named shops, including Luigi Chinetti Motors. It was later acquired by Mr. J. Kankowski, the Ferrari's steward for the following 37 years. The car was decidedly parked in garage storage several decades ago, resulting in this very preserved Coupe presented here.

This particular 330 retains all original matching mechanicals, trim, body and upholstery, with only one thin layer of paint applied many years ago. Its cabin's remarkably tidy upholstery has mellowed beautifully over time and appears to be completely original. This is an early series I variant featuring manual windows and a wood dash. As expected, areas of corrosion are visible along the lower rockers and under sills, but most importantly the car is absolutely complete and in elegant original livery. The Series I 4-Headlight 330 GT has seen increased popularity and desirability recently and with few examples coming to the market chassis 6007 presents a great opportunity for its next care taker. Well priced with room for preservation or restoration, we welcome questions, inspections and inquiries - Please feel free to contact us.
